Thank you for registering for the 7th Eastern India Regional Conference (ERC) of ISTD, Kolkata Chapter.
Please read this policy carefully before booking your ticket.
No Cancellation or Refund Policy
As this is a one-time special event, all ticket bookings are final and non-refundable. Once your registration is completed and payment is confirmed, the ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
We encourage all participants to confirm their availability before making the payment.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), appropriate communication will be sent to all registered participants along with updated instructions. However, no refund will be processed unless officially announced by the organizing committee.
