Sustainability has long been the catch-all term for companies that encompass boosting performance through increased revenue, lowering operating cost, increasing workforce productivity and better customer experience. Keeping in mind the challenges of sustainability, absorption of new-age technology and the need for creating an agile work environment, the theme of the 6" ISTD Eastern India Regional Conference & Exhibition 2023 has been chosen as 'LEVERAGING SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH TECHNOLOGY FOR AGILE ORGANISATIONS'. The theme is very topical and will focus on thriving in the turbulent, uncertain, novel and ambiguous environment through strategic interventions in three key areas: i) Sustainability ii) Technology and iii) Agility. A wide galaxy of Indian and International speakers is expected to bring to life diverse perspectives and ideas across sessions, artfully stitched together.
