ISTD Kolkata Chapter Trainer Awards for Training & Development
The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD)
Established in April 1970, is a national level professional & non-profit Society Registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It has a large membership of individuals and institution involved in the area of Training and Development of Human resource from Government, Public and Private Sector Organizations & Enterprises; Educational and Training Institutes and other Professional Bodies. The Society is affiliated to the International Federation of Training and Development Organization (IFTDO), Geneva.
Eligibility Criteria
- Conducting Training continuously for 2 years
- Completed 25 Trainer Days Online or Offline (Below 33 Years)
- Completed 50 Trainer Days Online or Offline (Above 33 Years)
Evaluation Criteria
- Evaluation is based on live training delivery, in the presence of esteemed and renowned Jury Members, to be held during 24th–25th October 2025, in ISTD Kolkata Chapter Office through online or offline basis.
- Presentation time 10 minutes; followed by Q & A time – 5 minutes.
- The theme should be professionally relevant and industry specific.
AWARDS
- All Contestants will get automatic entry to the ERC 2025.
- All applicants will get a Certificate signed by ISTD Leadership
- Top 5 qualifiers will get Trophies.
- Top 3 qualifiers will get Trophies & Cash Prizes
Application Process
- Application is to be sent on or before 18th October, 2025 along with Brief Resume and Application fee in the given format.
- The Registration fee is Rs.2500/- plus GST (totalling Rs.2950/-) which is the delegate fee for attending the ISTD Eastern India Regional Conference on 14th–15th November, 2025 to be held at Biswa Bangla convention centre, Newtown, Kolkata 700156.
